On Wednesday June 22, 2005 31-year old William Burton was found dead in the trunk of his vehicle. William borrowed a friend of the family’s car on Saturday June 18. William stopped by his parents on Sunday June 19 and left at 10:30 p.m. William’s family never heard from him again. On Tuesday June 21st William’s fiancée filed a Missing Person report with Evanston Police Department. William was found in the trunk of a burnt out car in the alley of the 1400 block of west Cullom in Chicago. The police do not have a motive for this killing.

On Tuesday September 23, 2008 about 12:00 pm 22-year old Eric Gonzalez was walking by the alley on the 6400 block of south Central Avenue in Chicago. Witnesses say there was loud yelling and then gun fire; shortly after Eric was found dead in the alley. There is no known reason for this homicide.
